Millet mumra chevdo mixes puffed bajra, jowar and ragi with nuts, and nylon poha chevdo is light and mildly spiced. Sattu power balls and ragi laddus are sweetened with jaggery, and dryfruit laddus with dates.

A little. Both chevdos have a small amount of sugar in the masala. The laddus and power balls have no refined sugar: they are sweetened with jaggery or dates.
