2. How Ordering Works
All orders at PoshanPops are placed via WhatsApp. This website is used to browse our products and get in touch with us — it does not process payments or collect delivery addresses. Once you contact us on WhatsApp, we will confirm product availability, share the total cost, and arrange payment and delivery directly through the conversation.
3. Products
PoshanPops sells homemade Indian snacks made fresh to order. All products are prepared in a home kitchen. While we take every care with ingredients, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. Please let us know on WhatsApp if you have specific dietary requirements before ordering.

4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are indicative. Final pricing, including any applicable delivery charges, will be confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
5. Cancellations
Since products are made fresh to order, cancellations must be requested as soon as possible via WhatsApp — ideally within 2 hours of confirming your order. Once preparation has begun, we may not be able to cancel. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
6. Delivery
Delivery details — including timelines and charges — will be discussed and agreed on WhatsApp. PoshanPops is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier issues, etc.). Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of PoshanPops and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
PoshanPops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.
