At PoshanPops, we take great pride in the quality of our homemade snacks. Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, our returns policy is designed accordingly. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. How Orders Are Placed
All orders are placed via WhatsApp. Payment arrangements are agreed directly in conversation with us. This means cancellations and refund requests should also be raised with us on WhatsApp.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your order by messaging us on WhatsApp, ideally within 2 hours of confirming your order. If preparation has not yet begun, we will cancel and arrange a full refund of any amount already paid.
Once preparation has started, we may not be able to cancel, as ingredients and time have already been committed.
3. Returns
Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what was agreed, please message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order details (date and items ordered)
- A clear photograph of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or a full/partial refund.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be returned via the same payment method used — typically UPI or bank transfer, as agreed during the WhatsApp conversation. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after preparation has begun.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage.
- Minor variations in taste, colour, or appearance due to the handmade nature of products.
7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
We are unable to issue refunds for reactions caused by allergens that were not disclosed to us before the order was confirmed. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies on WhatsApp before placing your order.
