This policy outlines how PoshanPops handles order preparation, packaging, and delivery of our fresh homemade snacks.
1. How Orders Work
All orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. Delivery address, timelines, and charges are discussed and agreed in our WhatsApp conversation before your order is confirmed.
2. Preparation Time
All PoshanPops products are made fresh to order. Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, we typically require 1–2 business days to prepare and pack your order before dispatch.
During peak seasons or festive periods (Diwali, Holi, etc.), preparation time may be longer. We will always let you know in advance via WhatsApp.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within our serviceable areas. Please message us on WhatsApp with your location to confirm whether we can deliver to you before placing an order.
4. Delivery Timelines
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Local delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Other areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on your location and order size and will be communicated to you on WhatsApp before you confirm your order. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹1,000 to eligible locations.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details with you on WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.
7. Packaging
All products are packed securely in food-safe, tamper-evident packaging to maintain freshness during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, please contact us on WhatsApp immediately. Perishable items that cannot be re-delivered may not be eligible for a refund.
9. Shelf Life and Storage
Our snacks are made without preservatives and are best consumed fresh. Recommended consumption window and storage instructions are included with each order. Please follow them upon receipt.
